Healthy snacks will be provided. - KICK-OFF PICNIC AND MANDATORY PARENT MEETING: Saturday, July 24th, 3:00pm - 6:00pm at Skyline Park. Hot Dogs, chips and soda will be served and for the Parent Meeting, one parent/legal guardian for each child(ren) must attend the parent meeting.
- UCA Cheer Camp: July 31, 2010 at Junior Seau Sports Complex; cost $30 per cheerleader (MM-AA), $15 for Flag to attend 1/2 day. Registration deadline is July 23rd. - 3 Passport Size Photos (head shot only and no bigger than 1x1)
- Proof of Residency (copy of utility bill)
- Most Current Progress Report (final report card due by August 1)
- Original & 3 Copies of Certified Birth Certificate
- NOTE: Parent/legal guardian & child must be present

- Mighty Mite-Jr. Midget Football.....$245.00
- All American Football ..................$265.00
- (AA8 Football grade based 6-8 grades; unlimited weight)
- Flag Cheer...................................$145.00
- Mighty Mite-All American Cheer ...$165.00
- (Uniform cost approx. $250 for new uniform, which you keep)
NOTE: Those with Skyline issued uniforms and/or equipment in their possession will not be allowed to register until the property is returned or paid for at current replacement costs.

Skyline Tigers registration is open to families who reside in the following zip codes: 91945, 92114, 91977 & 92139 and for 2010 only, 92102 & 92113. Zip codes 91977 & 92139 are shared with other Associations; please call 1-877-248-9215 to find out which Association you would be able to participate in.
