2009 marks the first year that Skyline will have an UNLIMITED WEIGHT, GRADE-BASED division, officially known as All-American 8 (AA8). This division will replace our successful Midget division as we position ourselves to better serve the Skyline Football community.

We are very proud of our Lady Tigers! This past Sunday, November 2, 2008, was Cheer Competition at Cox Arena. Our four cheer squads competed in their respective divisions and levels and we want to let you know that they all did a fantastic job! And it was easy to see that they all love to cheer!

ALL of our squads (Flag - JMID) get to move on to compete in Regionals, which will be held here in San Diego, Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the Cox Arena. Make plans now to attend and support our Skyline Lady Tigers.

2. Print off THREE (3) copies
3. DO NOT SIGN OR INITIAL ANYWHERE ON THE CONTRACT!
4. Bring the three copies of the contract along with the other required documents (see list of "What to Bring" listed on the postcard or flyer) to the next registration along with your payment. The contract will need to be signed in the presence of an Eligibility Director or other designated Board member. If you sign it before, it will be voided and you will have to fill it out again.

1. Please download form here and print ONE (1) form and fill in the top half of the form only
2. Take to your child's doctor when you get the physical done to have your doctor (or Physician's Assistant) fill out the bottom and sign it. PLEASE make sure that the doctor's official stamp or business card is on the bottom of this form, otherwise it will not be accepted.
3. If a physical was done within the 12 months months from the date you are signing up, just take our form to your child's doctor so he/she can fill it in and sign it & stamp it.
4. Bring original physical and 2 extra copies for the child's registration packet.
